A company partnership is the author and copyright holder to the Program Source Code used in the creation of Dont Pay TV, as well as the owner of development licenses with distribution rights for any third party software components used in the creation of Dont Pay TV.

On 3/10/2010, A company partnership used their source code to create a compiled program titled Dont Pay TV. A company partnership  then transferred Full Resell Rights for the compiled program, titled Dont Pay TV, to Dont Pay TV. Dont Pay TV is now the legal owner of Full Resell Rights to the Compiled Program named Dont Pay TV.

These rights are all inclusive. Dont Pay TV in not restricted in any way when they distribute, sell, give away, or transfer rights to copies of their compiled program, titled Dont Pay TV. Dont Pay TV is the owner all of all graphics, logos, and websites associated with Dont Pay TV, which may be covered by U.S. and international trademark laws. A company partnership is entitled to use this information in limited ways as outlined in the www.dontpaytv.com agreement

The Full Resell Rights obtained by Dont Pay TV do not include rights to change or modify any portion of Dont Pay TV, do not signify ownership of the source code used to create Dont Pay TV, and do not give the right to reverse engineer any part of Dont Pay TV. Any attempt to do so is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.
